What we collect

When you submit a form on this site — class registration, information request, or the email list — we collect what you type: your name, email, phone number, and message. We don't buy data, and apart from the Google advertising tag described below, we don't track you across other sites.

How we use it

To do what you asked: confirm your class seat, answer your question, or send you new class dates. Your information is stored securely on Cloudflare infrastructure and is never sold or shared with third parties for their marketing.

Analytics & advertising

This site uses Google's advertising tag to measure whether our ads lead to registrations and information requests. This involves cookies set by Google. You can opt out of personalized advertising at adssettings.google.com.

Email list

If you join the class-dates list, you'll get short emails when new dates post. Every email includes an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing takes effect immediately.

Student records

Students enrolled in training have records (registration details, certificates, invoices) retained as required to document training completion — including certificates that support permit applications.

Your choices

Want your information updated or deleted? Email bill.faircloth@gmail.com or call 443-333-1070 and it will be handled promptly, subject to records we're required to keep for completed training.

Changes

Updates to this policy appear on this page with a new effective date.
